Thank You, Dumont Sensai

We were eating at Taco Mac, tucked back in the corner, when who walks over but Dumont Sensai from Tai Do! He could've easily not come, because from where we were sitting we never saw him there, but he came over and was so complementary of our family and the kids and what champions they are in his eyes. Whatever they do – karate or not – they will be successful and champs because of their hard working, determined nature. Maddie – he always saw it in her eyes. Matthew, he always saw his determination and that he never gave up. Passionate. Our family… strong family, strong values… he admires us. Wow. He could’ve easily not come over to our table, but he did. Speaks volumes. I still miss karate...
